May 2012- Present; Darden Restaurants, Red Lobster, As a Server I provide guests with a memorable experience when coming to Red Lobster. I assist guest with deciding what menu item they would like, and promote the specials that are running as well suggesting additional food and beverages to maximize profits. I also preform opening and closing tasks.
May 2009- July 2012; Ruby Tuesday's; While I worked at Ruby Tuesday I was a server, bartender, and host. I assisted guests in menu selection, recommended menu items. Also among my duties was to serve guests quickly, efficiently and with complete confidence of food and beverage menus. Offering great customer service in a timely manner while still meeting the Ruby Tuesday standards was a daily goal.
February 2007- November 2008; O'Charley's Restaurant; As a Server I Assisted guest in order selection, recommended specific menu items and ensure accurate and friendly service. I made sure that i checked on guest several times to make sure all foods and beverages were up to the guests' standards.
